What are your delivery charges and shipping times within Pakistan?
We offer nationwide shipping at a flat rate of PKR 200. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, though delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Urban Walk Pakistan currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and popular mobile wallets like JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
How do I ensure I choose the correct size?
Every product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make further changes.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to monitor your package in real-time.
