Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unworn, with all Urban Walk tags still attached and the original packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Once your request is approved, package the item securely and send it back to our warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue a bank transfer refund within 3-5 business days.
